By visiting or purchasing through FrenchieNoble, you agree to the following terms:
Availability: Puppies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is only confirmed after a deposit is received.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Once the deposit is made, your selected puppy will be marked as "Reserved" and removed from listings.
Health Status: All puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed before pickup or delivery.
Pickup & Delivery: Pickup is by appointment only. Delivery is available nationwide and may incur additional costs (see below).
Final Payment: Full payment must be received before the puppy is released. Late payments may result in a cancellation.
Minimum Age: Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before they can go to their new homes.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and refund the deposit if we feel the home environment is unsuitable for the puppy.
